Excellent price.

Hot

Best price I've seen, what's a 5 year warranty cost from Curry's?

EDIT - 3 year care plan is £209, reading about Panasonic's performance over the last 3 model revisions 20, 30 and now 50 series you'll need to have that warranty for piece of mind

How is it better than last years VT?

Read the linked review

Also seems to be the general consensus on AVF that the new models have better blacks

Even though this is a newer model , I still think the p50vt50 from john lewis is better value at £1049 with 5 years warranty.
I'm debating between that and the Samsung ps51d8000 (if I get the price match from jl)

Surely you mean the VT30?

This should be getting super HOT, but too many samgsung fans in here who want bling bling and not quality hardware.
