I'm looking into buying a tv with a max budget of £1,000
The difficulty i'm having is choosing between 55" or 60"
Also the make.

on that budget 4k HD models should be within your reach.

This is good not sure about the reviews.... Alot negative

I know you said £1000 Max but for £78 quid extra you can have a 4k 58" panel.

I don't see any point buying a 4k TV yet (for the majority of people). Unless you plan to keep it for a long time. My 11 year old 720p plasma displays a fantastic picture, particularly when fed with an HD source.
I'd buy a 1080 TV and save the cash while waiting on OLED.

First photo advert when I googled 58" 4k was a Philips unit at Argos for £1078. Google works 24 hours a day. :-)
