The tv from comet is a better offer, due to the fact it is the next range of model up from Panasonic, the UT model is there entry level range, where as comet have the ST range at the same price, better black levels comet.co.uk/p/P…414

i just got this tv and noticed some blurring and fuzziness when using the xbox 360/ ps3 via hdmi?? can anyone offer any insight as to what might be causing this?? is there a setting i need to change?

sd/hd/3d image quality via the same hdmi cable are all fantastic but when using the consoles the image blurs when moving around. hard to explain, but it goes fuzzy and jagged when you move around then is fine when u stand still. tested on 360 using mw3, bf3, gow 3 and a load of ps3 games too. im gutted if its just an issue with this model coz im not sure if currys will let me return it!

any help would be much appreciated!!

Sorry no.. poor HDMi leads do not cause this problem. It sounds like he;s talking about v-sync.

an HDMi lead is digital, therefore the signal either get's there or it doesn't.
Try going to the menu and change picture mode to Game. This takes out all the processing and the game should play fine.

Could be you are seeing a trait of plasma gaming called "Green Phosphor Trailing" - enter it into youtube and you should see some examples of it ... some people see it more than others and the videos on youtube are usually extreme examples of this.

Make sure your xbox 360 is set up in HDMI 1 slot and label it as "PC" this will take all the processing off - check both settings on the console and TV are set to 1080P.

great tv, had mine a month now, love it to bits, heat
Repost, same as this but for some reason this one has expired.

Looking for a 40"+ smart tv with 3d. Preferably sub £500.

Any advise would be appreciated or if anyone has other sets they would recommend.
