sorry instore only price!!!!!

Was just about to type that the 5 year in-store warranty ended on 31 December but I see they've now extended it to 10 January! Does anyone have experience of these warranties and how they stack up compared to the likes of John Lewis?

Yeah found this too a few days ago with another model that was £50 cheaper in-store than the online price.

expensive when you can buy the 42" for £669 inc 5 year gurantee at M&S

and you can do it all online.

Ummmm but this is the 46"!!!!!

How can you compare the two deals when its a larger tv?! This tv is £999.99 on the M&S website. Do you not understand that you pay more money for a larger tv?! The point of this site is to find the best deals for a certain product. So if you find this exact tv with the same warranty for a better price, post it

no it isn't - it is to compare the deals available to people, and some may not want to buy a 46" so I thought it relevent to post a better deal - I know you pay more for more TV, but this is a big price difference for not much more screen, and 42" may be big enough for some ?

everyone is free to post any deals they wish on here, if you don't like it

But my point is for this exact tv find a better price then post it! If you can't then move on. Surely if someone wants a 42" tv they will find one but if they want a 46" tv then they will find that. By all means point me to a 46" tv with similar spec at a good price but not a smaller tv because that defeats the object of buying a 46" tv!!! And I think the price difference between these tv's is about right for the amount of extra tv you get! Like the price difference you get when you go from 46" to 50" will people who want a 46" tv buy a 42" just because it's cheaper? By that logic nobody would ever buy a big tv!!!!!

I see where you are coming from, your deal is cheap - and may entice someone to buy a bigger TV than they need thinking 46" for the price of a 42" at JLP ( £799 )

I just wanted to highlight that you can also get a good deal on a 42", however I notice tonight that M&S have sold out!
