    Huge money in the jewellery business, to be honest.
    Gosh, just had my Pandora parcel delivered yesterday and purchased over £50 just to avoid the delivery charges. Purchased in their last day of sales, I was hoping for a code for free delivery, but never came. Hopefully Argento does not have what I've got for my wife, or the prices are higher...voted hot.

    Yes. but mine arrived by the lovely hassle of DPD service and then I opened it to find one bangle was a customer return that had been damaged.
    Then the customer services were woeful. If you don't have any problem then you don't know just how bad they are...

    I believe every item ordered automatically comes in an individual white Pandora box with a separate folded flat pandora bag and a ribbon pre-attached. I had 4 items and 4 bags

    That’s good. I always research a company I haven’t heard of, and sadly found a lot of negatives. Maybe it is only when things go wrong there are issues? If everything is done as it should then everything is fine. Wish I had some spare cash to put things to the test 😁.

    I had a problem with a faulty clasp on my Pandora bracelet after 10 months of wearing. I sent it back and the sent me a brand new bracelet with next day delivery so I can't fault their customer service as my experience was amazing

    Sorry to hear that, I bought a Pandora bracelet for my friends 40th 2 years ago and it came without a logo on. I got in touch via email and they emailed me back within an hour with a pre paid returns label for the post office and agreed to send the replacement before receiving the old one back as I needed for a certain date. I hate messing about with DPD too so understand your point of view
