You beat me to the post but have some heat!

The readme says:
To install the program run “HDM2009Special_ea.msi” from the unzipped folder (path by default: C:\). You will see “Get free serial” button during installation process. Click it and fill online registration form, Paragon will send you free product key and serial number in several minutes. Use the key and serial number to complete installation.

So if you register at ]http//ww…tml, you should be able to use HDM2009Special_ea.msi after today

Looks interesting, but not sure how well it works with Windows 7. Note on the site says

Windows 7* (x32/x64, *Full Windows 7 support is available with upgrade to … Windows 7* (x32/x64, *Full Windows 7 support is available with upgrade to Hard Disk Manager 2010 Suite)

Note that if you want to create a recovery CD but don't want to install Hard Disk manager on your computer you can do so by extracting the recover CD image from HDM2009Special_ea.msi

I used 7-Zip to extract all the files from HDM2009Special_ea.msi to a temporary folder, but there are others that you could use including the windows command line program msiexec.exe . After extracting the file that we want is called Data1.cab, look inside this using windows explorer. Sort by size and look for the biggest at 57,570KB. Extract this file and rename it to say HDM.iso or whatever.iso then you can burn this image to CD.
