Katie (Katie Featherson) and Micah (Micah Sloat) are a twenty-something couple who've just moved into a new home in San Diego, California. Katie has an interest in the paranormal and believes that malevolent spirits have been following her since childhood, though Micah is not so easily convinced. However, after several nights of loud noises and strange happenings, Micah starts to agree with Katie that some sort of ghost may have followed them to the new home. After a paranormal researcher tells the couple he can't help them, Micah decides to take control of the situation and sets up a battery of video cameras so if a spirit manifests itself, he can capture its behavior on tape. Once the surveillance cameras are in place, Katie and Micah bring in an Ouija board in an effort to talk to the spirits, a move that deeply offends the ghosts. Paranormal Activity was the first feature film from writer and director Oren Peli.

My fella watched this the other night on sky and he said it was really scary, too scary for me :-(

Yep, really scary. Bargain at this price too!

Same price at HMV to, Plus quidco.

Good price for a blu ray but it's scarier watching the care bears :-(
If you aint seen it dont believe all the hype :-(

Forgot to say heat added for the price blu ray at this price is good

I watched this the other night and it's all sort of Blair witch and meant to look like it's cheaply filmed on a semi-pro video camera, so blu-ray is a bit mad as it would just be upscaling something meant to look fuzzy. Uless there are loads of extras or something. It's not that good to be honest and I really wanted to like it.

it wont be scary for me cuz few of the Paranormal Activities happens with me as well.but never though of taping it before

All (as in the entire film) is supposed to have been filmed on a consumer camcorder. Blu-ray is pointless surely?

Rubbish film, but great price.

Ordered. Thanks alot.

after all the hype,I watched this the other day,but I was dissapointed,my mother-in-law without make up is more scary!

Stick to the dvd version. Getting this on blu ray would be like getting a 50˝ plasma to watch Henry's Cat.

Awful film and pointless buying it on blu ray anyway

Maybe it's just me, but I find all of these do it yourself camera movies Sh*te, from the Blair Witch Project through to this they are universally crap. This movie is not scary, it might make you jump the first time something happens and then after that they just use the same effects...... the ghost/demon/whatever in this movie is always preceded with heavy base. This looks the same on DVD as it does on Blu Ray, not worth a £1 let alone a fiver.

Crap film and pointless on Blu Ray
