Your questions answered:

WHAT IS THE HOLIDAY RESALE?
Following our balance payment window, we will be selling a limited number of cancelled/ rebooked/ refunded 2014 holidays.

WHEN IS THE RESALE?
The cancelled deals desk is open from 12pm for 2 hours on a daily basis before the deal is uploaded back on our main website. Alternatively, feel free to make use of our call back service to request a time that suits you.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A RESALE?
The resale price saves us admin costs to re-upload the holiday back onto our website.

HOW CAN I BUY A HOLIDAY RESALE?
Bookings can ONLY be taken over the phone and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

HOW MUCH DO THE RESALE HOLIDAYS COST?
Prices are from £59 - some pre-paid package deals can include pets, flexi-dine, linen and upgrades.

HOW MANY HOLIDAYS CAN I BUY IN THE RESALE?
This is fully dependant on how many cancellations or rebooking we have had that week.
But it is a limited quantity.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE FULL BALANCE IN THE RESALE, OR CAN I JUST PAY A DEPOSIT?
Holidays bought in the resale must be paid for in full, by debit card or credit card.

Is this really a deal. How much discount do they actually give ?
Its not as if it costs them much to re-upload the holiday back onto their website ( which is the supposed reason they do these deals )

My thoughts exactly. That's dishonesty for a start.

Anything that saves peeps a bit of money must be worth a punt, like the op says it might not be your choice of dates etc but worth looking at.......what you are saying is if you went to buy something and there was a basket with the same items reduced you wouldn't look in it first. If that is so why are you perusing a deal site ??? heat added for taking the time to post

I'm sorry but doesn't this come under the self promotions breach btw not actually a deal it's advertising a sale you have to call up for which has been on TV as one of the biggest cons in holidays selling

Well they are advertising prices 'from £59', but they currently on their site they have holidays 'from £69' so not a fat lot off.

If people call it's worth having having access to the internet at the time to check the real prices against their 'sale' ones.

Anyone phoned up yet?
