I’m tempted. I have good 18V tools but I’m still missing a few secondary tools that I don’t use often enough to justify the expense. For the price of one bare multitool in Milwaukee or DeWalt I could get the multitool, this grinder, and a spare 4Ah battery. Also, they’d be much smaller and lighter. Hmmm...

No way!... This is too cute!.
Got one of these last time they were on offer. Great little tool. Buy the extra blades though, especially the multi use blade, as they're a bit more difficult to get at a good price. I ended up buying the Bosch blade to fit it, which set me back about £9.00.

Yep x100 this. Better to have a few spare . I found the cutting blades far the most useful.

Was wondering if I should buy the blades, never had a mini grinder so not sure how much use it'd get. But I guess I'll pick them up now! Thanks.
looks like there's a 4amp battery for £14.99 too....
best tool I own is a B&D powerfile, on my 4th one! bit miffed really as I've just bought the aldi ferrex grinder and impact plus batteries...

Same here for Ferrex... But they will be much more powerful.
I tend to only consider lower voltage tools if I need portability, light usage, or as a secondary backup/quick swap.

true, cordless stuff more of a gimmick for me as most stuff I do is inside, just outside garage so power not and issue, unless I consider a career in nicking mopeds...

I bought one of these and it doesn't have a battery. Anyone know where I can get one please?
