Paid similar money just for the accessories.

comes with accessories?
I bought one over a year ago and it's golden. Not got the torque of a Dremel but it works a charm with good accessories.

The ones it comes with are just fine. However I had some others lying about particularly fibre glass reinforced cutting discs and it does a great job slicing through various stuff including metals.
I've bought one and if you do get one beware not to over tighten the locking collar, if you do the button you use to hold it still when loosening will fail and theres a good chance its scrap there after.
Not one Parkside product I have ever owned has lasted - I always need the 3-year warranty.

I find their DIY products of quite inferior quality, even compared to Aldi's range (that last forever so it seems).

Not a false economy (as it's warrantied) but keep your receipt!

Exact same thing happened to me. I was very careful not to over tighten but it still failed. I would recommend everyone keep the receipts handy just in case
Dremel chuck fits mine, and the Flexi. Which are compatible if anyone wanted to know..
I ordered the Dremel 8100 the other day. It’s not arrived yet. Mistake?
Can't believe no ones mentioned it's USB C! No band 20 though but we're half way there.
I bought one of these last time - highly recommended. Comes with a selection of pieces and they also have the bits on offer too.
