Don't buy is rubbish

I very much doubt it is rubbish, I don't have this particular drill but own many of the other Parkside range and cannot fault them. Don't see why this would be any different. Heat from me.

What makes it rubbish? Please elaborate because I'm in he market for a SDS drill
I had one and the spindle/chuck buckled under a bit of strain. Wouldn't buy again.
I have one and I am very happy with it.
Would recommend the cheap titan ones from screwfix for not too much more

What, they keyed jacobs chuck and its sds adaptor, or the sds chuck and the spindle of the drill itself?

I only ask because an sds drill will readily destroy a standard chuck if use on hammer action.
I replaced all my wall ties to my pine end with this. Then the drill bit got stuck in. Phoned them up up, sent a photo of the plug cut off, money back absolutely hammered it for a weekend, great three year warranty..
I've got one and it's been excellent.
🔥 Great little bit of kit 🔥
Bought one of these to drill holes for anchoring fence post holderss into tough old '70s concrete blocks and it sailed through. Subsequently it's done a fair bit of concrete breaking and has been fine. Very happy.
Thanks! Picked up one of these this morning Started a full house renovation and need to take the walls back to brick, so will be handy for removing the plaster.
Max drilling depth of 32mm in concrete? What’s that all about

Likely to be a typo, it’ll be the same / similar specs to others at 1500w
Don't bother with this. I bought one today. Within an hour of only intermittent use, the motor pooped itself and went up in a cloud of white smoke. Was only chiselling some loose mortar! Rubbish. Parkside are normally good. Took it back for a refund tonight. Lidl staff manager very nice though, apologised for the it going kaputt

Gutted, died during 1st day’s use! It was good for the two hours it lasted, but then smoke started coming out of it. Seems the motor burned out. Will take back for a refund and buy a better one
