From Sun 17th Lidl will be selling a range of 12v power tools. They are all sold without a battery or charger so that needs to be added also. The charger with one 2ah battery is £11.99. I own all of these tools in the Bosch 12v range but I spent a lot more money to get them.
But I use my 12v tools more than my 18v stuff. It's a hell of a lot lighter than my 18v & for a quick job easier to use.
Just for clarity I don't use the Jigsaw much because it doesn't have a blower so it's difficult to follow a pencil line. The Parkside jigsaw might have one but it isn't listed in the specifications so probably doesn't.

These smaller voltage tools are very good nowadays.. totally recommend them.

I have tons of powerful tools but use my 10v drill driver the most.. it's light and powerful.
Don't dismiss them for being weak, they aren't, and they won't give your arms and shoulders fatigue!.

I bought a grinder and impact I think it was... Anyway I bought the 4ah battery to use only to find the fitment had been changed for no reason other than to render the previous tools (6 months before) incompatible. Returned the lot for full refund.

Even the old stuff did they accept it after 6 months.

Yes.. up to 12 months in-store, then another 2 years sending it to them.
Shame they aren’t the 20v range been waiting ages for the circular saw and jigsaw to come around again. Don’t wish to fork out on other batteries and chargers especially less powerful ones. Might have to invest in ones that are available all year round just with less warranty.
Judging by the temp of this, looks like I wasted my time posting this deal.
