Awesome but of kit.... Sands down door frames really smooth and very quick . Not used it for anything else yet
I have both, the Lidl one has a better feel to it though. Solid build, feels like a Bosch.
I picked the Aldi one up for 14.99 too when they clear out
You would be surprised at how often you would use this tool, very handy indeed. Especially if you are laying wood flooring and you want to cut the bottom of the door trim / architrave to slide the wood floor under
But think the deal at B@Q for a 10.8 volt starter kit is better as it will be a bit more versatile being battery operated.

I would recommend against doing the above ^
Buy a cheap angle grinder and purchase a mortar rake attachment set, which vary from 4mm (or quarter inch) all the way to 10mm (half inch)
Find out where the bamboo has been planted, shouldn't be too hard to find, and get the "owners" of the bamboo to sort it.
Also, you sure it's bamboo and not knotweed?
