On the same theme anyone know of a decent cheap beginners quad with camera. This one is a tad too expensive for me.
Parrot have stopped support and production of consumer drones so probably best avoided.
Just an FYI, i dont think this comes with the controller, so you have to use your mobile & app as a controller.

Means if the app stops working, you'll have to buy a a separate controller. Also, mobile & app means the range will be quite short.

Having said that, this is a great drone. Video footage is very stable, battery lasts 25 to 30 mins, and it's very easy to control
Just be aware that there may be additional costs involved

Would you be able to delivery a takeaway for 4 people with this?
Might add this to my list and if it is available when the next 20 % off Amazon Warehouse comes along , I may bite the bullet and buy one.

Despite being more expensive, it may be worth buying the FPV version from the warehouse at 20%

amazon.co.uk/gp/…all
The extra £100 will get you the FPV and the sky controller, allowing you to fly much, much further than the app alone

The Eachine drones are good for beginners, I bought the E520s before Christmas having never flown one before, and it was super easy. Think the E58 is about £80 ish and includes camera and altitude hold.
