toooo expensive

£94k????

How can they justify £94,000 for this? I'd pay £50k max.

Amazon don't do Quidco, shame otherwise I'd gone for it. 94k is a steal.

What sort of car do you get with it. lol

Well if i can't use Quidco then i'm out!:-D

Original Poster

wat do u mean 94k

I think I would be looking at a Bluetooth head for my car radio rather than this type of thing now, if I was replacing the Visor I have. Recent posts have shown some around 120 quid fitted, (or cheaper DIY options on occasions at Aldi for about 35 or 40 quid! so can be a lot cheaper than this if you do the work) so not a million miles off the costs involved for this sort of thing, and it is just a neater solution.
You are going to have to leave it in the car when you sell it too as mounting it will leave marks. The original radio could just be put back in if you took that option.

I suppose I am tiring of having all the add-on bits in the car what with Sat-nav and Bluetooth visor as well as 3 way accessory point plugged in all the time with cables draped all over! :-(

Not voted.

Thanks T05hie - this is good price for a quality bluetooth kit. I have one of these fitted in my vehicle - it integrates properly with the audio system has a separate mic and syncs contact with iPhone seamlessly. The sound quality is superb.

You really can't compare it to the plug in the lighter tat that is around.

Hot for me.

I would hope not, it is about 7 times the price, but it IS in the same league as some options of bluetooth radio head units, (not yet SO widely available though) which have the same benefits you list, easier & less disruptive to fit, are almost totally invisible in practice and have the ability to be easily moved with you when you change car. Seems to be a gadget that has headed into a one way street now - they were the gadget for the purpose, now looking a bit less attractive because there is something to compete with it.

Yes, the actual posted deal has been rendered cold for the reason that it is availble cheaper anyway!
