I chose the Wilko one to post, as you can either go into store and get this or just ring them up from the number in the storefinder and check it is in stock first, at no charge. The mods chose to add the £2 click and collect details to my original posting, although no reason to use that really, so no idea why they added that. (you don't add a click and collect charge to Tesco products on the off chance they don't stock it instore)? I decided that was the cheapest option of the 2 that I saw it on as not every one has Amazon Prime and more people would have access to a Wilko at £6 than Amazon.

Not particularly bothered the Amazon one posted as well, although I did mention it in the body of my original post. Be nice to have a level playing field, pretty sure it would have been classed as a duplicate post if I had posted them both seperately yesterday.....

Repost.................................so I'll repost my comment from the other one.

I use 2 litre thick bleach from Lidl which costs about 89p. Works a treat and despite what people may claim, has no detrimental effect to plants, grass or environment (apparently). Even if it does, then so will this Patio Magic stuff or almost everything else sold for this purpose. Still take precautions with pets though.

Thick bleach is very effective against mould and mildew, but also in getting rid of "black spot" on patios. I use a big cheap 2"/3" paint brush, brush it on and leave for 5 or 10 minutes. Agitate bad areas with a wire brush and then brush the bleach around again and leave for another 5 or 10 minutes. Then jet wash off. Makes an amazing difference. Best to do on a mild and dry day - from my experience ideal conditions are 15-20 degrees and overcast, with no rain.

You can buy purpose made black spot remover, which costs something like £30 to £50 for one tub, but is essentially mainly just thick bleach. It's a con, so just buy bleach for 89p per bottle!
Bought for my driveway paved with smartphones
For stone, concrete, brick driveways etc I've always used the following method.

1. Wet the area to be treated with a hosepipe/watering can

2. Apply thick bleach liberally to the area.

3. Sweep the bleach around with a stiff sweeping brush till the area is covered with the slightly foamy liquid. Leave 10 minutes.

4. Rinse off the area.

Costs a fraction of the price of these dedicated cleaners and done a couple of times a year requires little time or effort.

Already been posted I think (but still a good deal )

Scrap that, it was Wilko with a comment somewhere that Amazon had matched the price

Posted already from Wilko and Amazon is mentioned in the description, I definitely prefer Amazon as I have a Prime trial now. Perhaps the mods should allow multiple sellers in title, as unless reading the description, people will not know they can get it from somewhere else too.

I posted a deal for a Huawei tablet available from a few sellers, put in the description 'various sellers', was changed to Amazon, while better prices in description.
Voted hot anyway and debating since yesterday if I should get one

Got Wilko's own but it seems it needs elbow grease, this one seems easier if it works. In fact, I've just ordered one, thanks, better for me via Amazon.

Where is mr switch’s post? And also I said ‘found’ the deal not posted it. Sotv clearly said in their Wilko deal that amazon have price matched and put a link. Are you disputing that sotv found this deal? It would be courteous to credit them for it rather than try and take the credit

On Amazon it can be delivered for £5.70 (doesn't matter if you have Prime or not) using the Subscribe and Save scheme.

Strangely it's only offering 5% S&S discount and not the usual 15% if you already have at least 4 other subscriptions

Shall do, still got your s10?
Bought 3 at 4.25 last year so still have some but at £5.70 delivered under S&S, worth getting one to replenish used stock 😁
Would this be okay to use on a wooden patio?
I've used this stuff before. Used it almost neat on our monoblock driveway, and it did absolutely hee-haw. Maybe other people will have had better experiences, but I wouldn't buy it at any price personally. If it needs doing, then it'll need a pressure washer.

Give it time, the bridge is coming soon.

Just seen these in Homebase, they have 2 of the 5L Patio Magic for £22 which works out cheaper if anyone needed bulk.

This is the best stuff for cleaning patios, no elbow grease required, works a treat.
