The JTF stuff looks like ready to use, this is concentrate and has a 1:4 or 1:9 dilution ratio.

So at max concentration this makes 12.5L.
It’s not much more at Asda - £6.98 link
Yes looks like JTF is ready to use, didnt spot that
£6.75 in Wilko. Free Order & Collect.

Sorry, stupid question:
Do I need to spray it, or can I just dilute it in bucket and throw the liquid onto the patio floor (it's much easier )
You could dilute in a bucket and throw it, but you would waste a lot.
Just get BAC 50 - amazon.co.uk/Pur…c50

200-250ml per 5 litres of water will give you 125 litres

Better than Sodium hypochlorite?

Probably as benzalkonium chloride isn't a bleach but a biocide

I mean, I used sodium hypochlorite diluted and neat to clean patios before (with and without pressure washing afterwards). I just wanted to see if benzalkonium chloride would be better at cleaning driveway/patio. Once a year application is OK and really, I'd avoid using the pressure washer as I then need to resand otherwise weeds are back in a few weeks.
I bought this stuff from Dobbies at a clearance price slightly less than this. However, it was a real waste of money as it did hee-haw. Followed instructions to a tee and, compared to untreated areas, it was exactly the same. And I mean exactly. You might as well pour water on the ground. Maybe it works better after pressure washing to stop stuff coming back but, on it's own, it's a waste of time and money, regardless of the price.
Hydrochloric Acid is what you need, this stuff at £7 is a waste of money

Try this;
ebay.co.uk/itm…649

You can dilute as needed 36.9% Hydrochloric Acid, most shop bought stuff has 5-9% at best.

Hi, have you used this on paving and did it work?

Yes I have, the Patio cleaners don't do much in my experience tried several of them over the years.
The brick acid is better for killing off moss between block paving and getting them clean but you need to be careful as it will kill grass and plants.
I sprayed this Patio-Magic on some north facing soffits and lead flashing that was totally algae-fied, a slimy green area of patio and some green algae covered fencing and it worked brilliantly and lasted well over a year before any sign of return, not sure the doubters have actually used this stuff.
