    Ah but, you can get all of these (TEN OF THEM!), for just £6.04... that box looks much bigger than your USB flash drive.

    Is it really a good idea though. If you really need a portable 256GB then I think you're better off with a hard drive. Doing a laptop image backup yesterday and I spent over an hour writing continuously to a 128GB USB stick at 20MB/sec. It got hot then wouldn't read the data back. Switched to a not particularly new portable hard drive and got 38MB/sec and rock solid.

    To my mind USB stick is fine if you just need something handy to copy off that document but for a sizeable amount of data forget it.
