540 ? 560 ?
Is this better than Samsung SSD's then ?
It is not better than the Samsung but they cost ridiculous amounts anyway.

The Patriot 240GB has one of the longest TBW so will last a lot longer than any other budget SSDs out there at anywhere near this price range. So highly recommended. HOT
2.52% TCB as well, so rude not to really!

Nice to see it has dram as well! Heated
7Dayshop same cost for postage to Northern Ireland and mainland GB - nothing. Said company is near the top of my purchase from in future and tell others. I like smaller SSD. A couple of games if possible on 1 then quick swap for the next (no sides on my tower). No real loss when the drive breaks. Heat about to be added, OP.

Edit. Delivered today.

It's only mentions 32Mb of SDR which is likely to be the same 32Mb of SRAM built into the S11 controller. By contrast the 250Gb Crucial MX500 has 250Mb on an external module which is doubled with each drive size.
