Testers are full bottles that companies haven't used and can sell cheaper.

Identical product to what you would buy in store, it might just come in a plain box (100% authentic/genuine).

Great way to get a nice EDT very cheap!

Enjoy!

Brilliant deal. Ordered one of the men's Paul Smith and one women's Paul Smith. At these prices you really can't go wrong! I don't mind if it's not in the original box or the lid is missing.

Great price, currently £37 for the mens on Boots' site.

cracking price!

If only I wasn't skint

i have heard testers have less strong scents that dont last as long as the retail!
so your 100ml would be actually equivalent to 50ml ?

That absolutely isn't true. They are the identical perfumes. It wouldn't make sense for them to be weaker, samples are to try and get people to buy them, they won't if they wear off too quickly will they? My friend used to work on a perfume counter and occasionally got sample bottle to being home and I guarantee they were the exact same, so don't worry about that, 100ml is a 100ml

Nice scent, but unfortunately only lasts about 10 minutes

Second that. The same applies to Paul Smith Man. Bought a 100ml bottle for 20 £. I felt cheated. A big designer brand with a mediocre product that smells great but just lasts 10 to 15 minutes. I spray it and get it to the bus and 10 mins later, its all gone !

EDT != aftershave

the aftershave lasts much longer

Got this in a small version years ago and still have most left. Really not particularly nice. Certainly never gets any comments when wearing it. The green one is a bit nicer I think.

I've got the Paul Smith in the green squarish bottle, forget the name. That one does last quite sometime, good couple of hours or so. At that price, got to be worth a punt!

Hot!!! Great product....Got the green well as well bugging me now what its called

the aftershave lasts much longer

That's not true. Aftershave contains only about half the perfume oil that EdT does, so it doesn't last for anywhere near as long as an EdT. EdT has too much perfume oil to be used on the face. Aftershave is purposely made weaker so that it can be used on the face without irritating the skin.

You can buy it from ebay from many sellers for £14-£15

Great price, ordered! Thanks OP

Have to agree with the above comments, I have a Paul Smith Extreme Tester, and the smell is great, but the scent hardly lasts.

ordered.. thanks!

I got the Green bottle its much nicer but can't fault the price on this even if you wear it just to go out to the supermarket etc

Are you mad or just a chav, why would you wear a scent when you go to the supermarket?

Hot, got this in my gym bag. Time to get another.

It's a good price for 100ml for a teen to wear

I also agree with that. Liked it when I tried it but when I started using it the smell only lasted a short time.

On a side note - just started using Tommy Hil. LOUD and the smell lasts ages. Could still smell it on my shirt next day.

That is a sign that you're suited to the fragrance-if you can't smell it yourself. Others can and that's the whole purpose isn't it? Ask any 'expert' on the fragrance counters and they will confirm that.

Great price! Thanks OP

Love the smell of tester;)

Will give this a go

Fantastic every day fragrance, cheers OP!

Terrible projection on the fragrance and it does not last long at all.

Go for something like Bleu De Chanel or Allure Homme Sport.

same here

yeah only others can judge how strong and how long the smell lasts for..

Save your money. Most Paul Smiths with the exception of one or two (Paul Smith Men/Man) tend to be weak both in longevity and projection. Yeah fragrances usually react differently to each individuals skin chemistry but the majority of people who have purchased Paul Smith scents would tell you that they tend to last maybe an hour max and then they're gone. Paul Smith Men/Man are the only two people tend to have success with when it comes to longevity and decent projection. Even they don't last that long but at least 5-6 hours is pretty good for a cheap scent and they both smell better than this crap. Whereas this just completely fails to live up to it's 'extreme' tag.

It is only £12.99 for 100ml though... surely in anyone's book, even if you need to use it a couple of times a day, it's miles better value than other silly priced fragrances...

There's Paul Smith Man/Men for a couple of quid more from the same place. 100ml too. Those last longer than this Extreme. There's also Voi Jeans 100ml for £10 from Asda which is a very long lasting sporty version of 1 Million. There's Jaguar Fresh/Fresh Energy 100ml for £10 both good and last ages if you want fresh aquatic scents. There's also Cuba Gold from places like Amazon you can get 100ml for £9 or less. Smells exactly like JPG Le Male and lasts a long time and is pretty loud like Le Male. Cuba Green, Cuba Wallstreet and a few others are very good scents for a little under £9 for 100ml or so. There's a lot of good fragrances for £10 and less that do actually last you at the very least 6 hours with one application.

Doesn't everyone kind of tidy up when they leave the house to go to the supermarket, or anywhere for that matter? I wash my hands and face, comb my hair and spray perfume and maybe put lip gloss or something on. I think it is more likely that the chav types don't tidy themselves up and wear perfume or after shave, maybe you're a chav and didn't realise it lol

Yes You are absolutely right, if you can smell your own perfume after a few minutes of application you have far too much on. Regarding this Paul Smith you can smell it on a man several hours later, when you get up close, and that's the only time people should smell your perfume. You shouldn't be able to smell it from six feet away!
