This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I'm posting this because of the VPN. The anit-virus is just a one year subscription anyway. They are not (apparently) the fastest. But that's their name. Cayman island based. so they are not within 'five eyes' etc. so theoretically they cannot be forced to reveal details.. There is a kill switch and software to support lots of different operating systems.
I think that with this offer you are only allowed to use it on one device, not five.
There's a review here.
thebestvpn.com/rev…pn/
It must be worth a try for $5.10. This should rise, though
Well, that's what I thought, so I bought it

Now up to $6.10

From 'Cult of Mac'
Not sure I'd want all of this everywhere, hopefully, some of it is disableable and if it stops some popups on some sites,
I'll be amazed!

On that website it said their location was leaked in multiple tests so not really keeping you private or hidden if that is what you want.
Thanks ordered worth a shot for less than a fiver

The price is rising slowly
Will this work on my 3 firesticks, is it one device per subscription or can i use it on all 3?
Remember this is for 1 device, rather than 10 that you get with normal sub, and lots of reviews saying the app is difficult to work with and needs tweaking to ensure using a secure protocol.

The big plus is Cayman based with no logging, so like all those rich bankers keeping money their your details will not be given up.

According to the stacksocial site this offer was $1 when it started!!
Took a punt at £ 3.75 fort nothing to lose but it won't accept my redemption. Code anyone having same issues

That's strange I tried and it worked at $5.10.
I might try again at $6.10 it's useful enough
Hmm. yes I now get an error message 'whoops it looks like something has gone wrong'

Tried this the other day and it was absolutely appalling. Luckily I got me money back albeit as credit but back nonetheless.
There is a PIA offer, 3 years for $60 which is worth it and the one I purchased . Not as good as the last Black Friday deal but with their recent price increase this is the cheapest you’ll get. I get decent speeds too, again this is dependent on your router and network congestion etc
If you subscribe please post back in a month or two to let everyone else know how you get on.

PIA = Pain in the *ss
Sorry what??
YMMV.
Personally for years I've used RA4V, which lots here think is *rap. So my posts for it go extremely cold.
That's lifetime for less than %20
To me, it's like antivirus, the free versions suit me, I don't see why people pay for more, but they do

I think the reason why the cold 🥶 votes for some are based on other factors not just the price.
Obviously everyone has their view and opinions about different VPN providers for me personally I find PIA a good balance between all factors including price.
Hope this helps clarify
It is excellent for the price, even if it was for 1 year, but for lifetime probably a steal. You have to be aware of the limitations (look at reviews for the 2,5,or 10 device lifetime offers they on the stacksocial site) such as small number of servers or if you want it for netflix streaming. It could be a gamble if there is no ongoing development (could be as servers go down they don't come back up) but if you get a year surely you've had good value.

It's $7.10 now - i it goes up much higher and you want flexibility of more than one device and don't want the antivirus then check other offers on the same site.

Anyone who’s got this comment on speeds with / without VPN?

What’s the iOS App and windows software like?

Also, had anyone managed to get it to work on a fire tv stick?

Just to correct that, my receipt says 10 user - so we'll see. I put it in my basket when it was $5.10, wasn't sure, then the price went up to $9.10. I noticed it still in my basket and at the original price so bought it. Will be useful to test against Windscribe, my normal one. If it is the 10 user one too I'll test it on the firestick
I wouldn't use cylance AV if you paid me proven to not work in several industry standard tests
Android app?

Heat OP!
For those asking, does work on fire stick. They also have their own guide for install on a fire stick. Takes 2 minutes
Now seems to be $9.40
I took a snapshot of the aps, I think with this version you can only use on one type of device at one time.
So you can use it on lots of different devices but not simultaneously. That's how I read it anyway.

If anyone gets this, I would advise going through the leak tests

It lets IPv6 leak though, whereas other VPNs (eg Windscribe) blocks IPv6, fastestVPN windows client doesn't.
It can se solved by turning off IPv6 and just using IPv4 see howtogeek.com/253…on/

There doesn't seem to be any advantage in Windows in allowing IPv6 on the network adapter(s), so I always turn it off anyway (it's on by default)
I use ipleak
ipleak.net/
If the DNS servers in that are all foreign, then you know it's not leaking locally. And your location should be somewhere in the foreign country. Lots of other information is given
Ultimately it may be necessary to set the DNS on the router to a safe one, butr hopefully with FastestVPN it won't be necessary if ipleak gives a clean bill of health that will be very useful in hotels etc which seem to slow you up if they detect that you are accessing some sites

ipleak.net/ shows the IPv6 leak, i.e. shows my UK address when I have fastestvpn on. The fact that many of the leaks that were on the review given in the OP were then plugged is at least positive, and as this one leak is easily plugged not too much of an issue. Just highlighting it in case people install but don't test for leaks. Its like having WebRTC unchanged - people may also want to look into that if using VPN and watching media in web browsers.

The advantage now depends on websites. thebestvpn.com/ipv…v6/ states reasons why and possibly if there becomes websites that only have an IPv6 address and not on IPv4 one. For now there is no advantage but it could change in future and probably means the "lifetime" meaning could be limited.
