If you are going to use them for a computer and sit next to them then 120w might do, which is the number of speakers watts added together. OPs sound bar is 2 x 5w speakers is 10w. Better off saving up and buying something better.

You aren't getting a 200w soundbar with sub for £25.
2019 best buy voted for by the manufacturer?

2019 Best buy .... Something other than this

Your tv should give better sound than a 10w sound bar.

Maybe not, and they're normally facing down or behind. These will be facing the listener, which is better.

I agree that this soundbar is rather pointless.

But there aren't many soundbars that output 200W alone, let alone combined with a separate sub on top. If you know of one however, I'd be really interested to know as even the recent Yamaha's posted here are only 120w.

Buttery biscuit base?

Base!
You are correct, should read bass. However a chocolate speaker with a buttery biscuit base would probably give the same sound as this sound bar!
Iron Glaive
These we're available earlier this week, now OOS. Worth keeping an eye on eBay.

That does seem more like it. Thanks for sharing with me.

Appreciate it is out of stock, but if it wasn't is be wary as the spec is a bit confusing, as it states 240W, but that the speaker bar is 30w and sub is 40w in the item specifics.

Edit: Just checked on Hitachi... It's apparently 280w peak and 70w RMS total.

Really, says who?
Do most people need a massive speaker set up? when they more then not got a headset going? and only used for when doing single play games or listening to abit of music though the pc or watching a video, of which they will be sat on it watch it..

£25, looks good, basic speakers. does the job.... good find.

nice little addon for Alexa perhaps?

Another model you could look at is the JVC TH-D339B, it was £40 recently on a deal here but price has gone up now. Could appear on sale on eBay. Also have a look at Panasonic, they sell refurbished soundbars direct through their eBay store and have some good deals.

Regarding this soundbar, it probably sounds fine for on the desk right in front of you. However the price is hardly a good deal, you can get a Bush 20W one from Argos for £25, or a Goodmans 20W one from B&M Stores for £30. All three would probably sound fine for on the desk in front of you, but for not much more there are regularly better deals such as the JVC, Hitachi and Panasonic ones. Also have a look at used soundbars on Gumtree, I've seen much higher rated ones for £20, such as the Panasonic HTB8 which is £59 new from Argos, 80W RMS and I've seen those for £20 on Gumtree. You have to look up each model though as people seem to think any soundbar is worth at least £20, a lot of second hand crap ones that people still want £20 for as well.

Waste of time unless you just need a speaker for pc. Any half decent tv will have better sound. All my LG tvs have excellent sound and do not require soundbars. Soundbars are just a con. If you want speakers go for 5.1 setup otherwise stick with your tv.
