Interesting. Do you have any USB 3.0 devices to try out on it?

oh and please add the cost of postage to your price. £5-50 here.

Bit off topic but anyone know of any sata 6 cards out there?

"Normally in Stock"

What a meaningless way to describe stock levels especially as they use this description frequntly. Plonkers.

Why can't USB just die already, it's rubbish.

Upgrade your mind and see the beauty of USB3. :-D

Intel's light peak sounds much better but who knows when that will arrive. In time for 4D TV maybe!

Yes it does sound like a very stupid way to inform customers of stock levels.

£20ish for usb3 hdd enclosure, if you are fed up of the 35megabyte/second bottleneck on your USB2 hdd, you can upgrade to this 600megabyte/sec (feasible transfer, hdd would bottleneck it)

I would go for this

scan.co.uk/Pro…ler

It has USB 3.0 and SATA 6Gbs But its is 24.62 but free delivery fro AV forum members

Check to see if there are limitations with your current motherboard. Like Pcie version as for the usb 3 side a v1 or 1.1 pcie will limit usb to 2.5gbps so I would presume the sata 6gbps side will also be limited by this factor or it might not be even compatiable at all with anything less than pcie 2.0. Afaik v3.0 is still due out sometime this year.
