Love this watch.
Better than the Basis Peak, imo

Yep not sure how that 30% code appeared? Price is £74.95. No code required..

It's a great watch (Got one on right now) but bear in mind that the next generation with colour is out soon, and the screen is plastic and therefore easily scratched.

Heat.

Damn you HotUKDeals- costing me more money again! ;-)

Ordered, heat given!

I also ordered one of these, seems to be the recommended one to go for:

gadgetwraps.com/dev…tml

Surprised there isn't much heat yet for this deal on the Pebble!

Great price. I got mine last month from Very £99 less £20 discount, so it beats that

A good deal but very old tech here - I'd think you'd be happier putting that money aside for the Pebble Time

Love this watch.

I stopped wearing a watch years ago. Then I was bought a pebble watch for christmas and I love it. Wear it all the time. Great price.

I'm on the moto 360 now. Used to have a Pebble but they are brilliant. . .

Nah, not very old tech... the differences are minimal (its only really the accessory port and the colour screen)

Pebble is the best smart watch on the market precicely because it isnt all singing all dancing. it enhances your phone rather than being a replacement for it so is considerably less intrusive... plus the battery life of several weeks is awesome.

It's my daily driver watch for work.

A "first" generation android wear that is already showing signs of age when compared to the Huawei and Moto 360. Good value, and the battery life is good, but I'll wait for the Huawei watch.

The pebble has nothing to do with android....

I have the pebble steel and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I didn't actually expect it to be as good and useful as it is, it's a complete convenience for my lifestyle.

It's also much cheaper than a lot of standard watches, and I've surprisingly had a few compliments on it - without people knowing that it's a smartwatch.

For Android maybe.

Good deal, personally would spend more for cosmetics if/when I make the mistake of buying a smart watch.

Full stop, far better battery life, far better price

this is coming from an keen apple user both at work and at home there is no way that the price tag for a reasonable specced Apple Watch (42mm black leather strap) can be considered anything apart from extortionate!!

I have the pebble steel and it's amazing

Anybody using this for fitness/running purposes?

Several weeks? Even the manufacturer only quotes up to 7 days.

Yep.

Pedometer works well, combine it with strava (which has pebble compatibility built in) and the watch will show you time and distance moved etc.

Several weeks is nonsense. A week at best. However still a crackin' watch and a good price.

Amazon are probably price matching the Pebble website where it's 99 Euros.

The Pebble steel is 149 Euros there too, which is around £112.

Also £79.95 at Argos with a £5 voucher back for spending over £50, if you can't wait for delivery!

No GPS or heart rate monitor though. Was hoping to use it as an alternative to the Fitbit type products as well as the standard uses.

I want the pebble steel, brushed steel. I can get 10% at Argos but they only have the black

The differences are not just cosmetic at all. There's a new interface and mic. Check the page: getpebble.com/peb…ink

The interface will likely be brought to the original pebble is what tehy have also been saying during the campaign. and microphones are hardly a mega upgrade.

I take it that you either got the super pebble or you're not telling the truth. Never had more than 5 days from either of my pebble's

Why would I lie?
Buy it, don't buy it.. i dont care either way. I just offer up my experiences with it. If you dont get that battery life my pebble might indeed be better than yours then!

Lets remember that battery depends on usage..... i'm just not as popular/not using all the functons on the watch all the time....
Edited by: "Jetpac" 1st May 2015

just picked up one of these on eBay for about £45 from dysons-city-uk business seller. I think he's got 1 left if you're quick and willing to take a punt.

When you figure out the reason why you're doing it please let us know, because short of them accidentally stuffing two batteries inside yours, this is a fairy tale.

Even doing nowt but sitting on a desk with a very simple watch face it doesn't last more than a week.
