Photo was taken on a first-generation Pentax Q and 01 Standard Prime … Photo was taken on a first-generation Pentax Q and 01 Standard Prime lens, by the way, triggering a Nikon SB-24 and SB-27 bouncing off the ceiling and side wall using optical slaves,

That explains it....I thought it looked a bit washed out on the whites....

you all sound drunk?!
I loved making mix tapes but alas don't have a cassette player anymore...

no one uses cassettes but everyone uses vinyl or downloads,
they should have just not bothered making cassettes , digital cassettes, cds, mini discs etc all a complete waste of time

Perfect for saving my ZX Spectrum programs on to.

Tracy Barlow would vote hot.

I still use tapes every now and then and so heat given for the find and availability. It's no secret they don't last long and using my original tapes (some bought in the early 80's) is indeed a bit of a poor show!

No, they’re correctly exposed. Here’s the histogram in Aperture:Screen Sho … No, they’re correctly exposed. Here’s the histogram in Aperture:Screen Shot 7 by Ian Tindale, on FlickrI’ve pushed the exposure setting in Aperture to an extreme, and pushed the black point to an extreme, for effect, but the original was pretty much where everything should be, but flatter and in the middle.

I did vote hot btw, if only for the time put into the post.....

"What are cassettes Granddad?"
