not bad.

I am new here but I have figured out that the way to vote on TVs around these here parts is to ignore everything other than the cost and screen size and then simply divide the cost in £GBP by screen size in Inches.

Sharp TV £399.00 divided by 37 inches = £10.78 per inch.
Isus TV £299.99 divided by 42 inches = £7.14 per inch.

So cold from me.

Thats a bit too simplistic! There is a lot more to a decent TV than just size and price

VOTE COLD EVERYONE! LOOK AT THESE T&C

Thats fair enough but i've never heard of anyone not getting their orders using this affinity service. I used it a few times with no problems. Worst case scenario, your order gets cancelled, no harm done.

I guess if you don't mind the hassle/risk, why not?

Oops, sorry. Jumped the gun there a bit.

No worries OP, would of been a smashing deal otherwise!

The trouble is with TV's everyone understands cheap but not everyone understands value. This seems well speced for this price. Hot from me.

Don't even think about it. It does not have freeview HD tuner therefore will not show Freeview HD services when avalable during this year

Depends how much you value the freeview HD tuner at. Personally I wouldn't a pay any more for one as I have Sky HD (and will soon be adding FTA HD receiver aswell).

However, even if Freeview HD is important to you, it still doesn't make any TV without it a no go. As after all you can add an external Freeview HD receiver. Its upto each person to factor the added cost and conveniance of a Freeview HD equiped set against this set. Personally I find such transitions a blessing, as the added tech that I'm not interested in, drives down the prices of the previous gen of the product
