for £6 this is a bargain!

For what it is this seems a good price but 2.4V isn't a lot really

disagree im afraid.

ive bought several items from b+q made by this company,
ABSOLUTELY the WORST power tools money can buy.
i had to return 2 drills, 2 sanders and 1 of these screw drivers before the penny dropped.

ps. the returns counter had big box full of broken performance power tools when i returned the last item,so i bought a bosch.no problems with that atall.

I've got one of these. It's worth £6 but I reckon you'd be better spending a bit more for a better one. It's underpowered, you sometimes have to finish off the tigtening with a hand powered screwdriver.

No offense to the OP but I'm confused as to why these are known as cordless screwdrivers - is there such a thing as a corded screwdriver? wouldn't electric screwdriver be a better description?

Lol 2.4 volts - couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding !

For £6 it's probably not a bad buy but only really any use for putting together flat pack furniture together quicker. As already mentioned, you'd still have to hand tighten some screws. For about £15 you can get a reasonable cordless drill which will double as a screwdriver - better value in my opinion.
