It's the usual price. Been buying them for 10 years now for all our birthdays and special occasions. Best cakes ever!!
Only downside is the designs are limited, but there's more now than when I first started buying them so given time there'll be plenty of choice.

You can use a member's card if you have friends, colleagues or neighbours with membership card.

My friend ordered one over the phone, when she went to collect it, not realizing her card has expired they were going to charge her £48. I know a joke. She just renewed her card then and there. Luckily she had the money.

If you are using someone else's card, you will have to pay in cash. Unless they have changed the rules.
Not really a deal this is the normal price.

Paying in cash ? Hearing that for the first time. You can use your both cash or debit card to pay with a friend's membership card. It's only credit card that you can't use and this applys to every categories of persons.

Never heard that before. I regularly take my mum, mother-in-law and other family members, have done for years and they've always paid by debit card. Never any issues.
I have also bought these for years ...even a week later they are so soft .. I portion them up in cling film and put in fridge ..well worth the money
These are well nice cakes, like everyone said been around for years , order them online and collect in store, they used to be around a tenner but have crept up to this price slowly, still a bargain and cheaper than most other places , not really a hukd as been around years

Was the case before. As I said rules may have changed.
You cannot enter a Costco warehouse using someone else's card. Membership cards are not transferable ( it says it on the front of your card). If the door person or cashier see it is not your card, the card will be taken from you and you will not be able to shop, leaving the actual cardholder in a situation where they have to get a replacement. You have to be a current member to shop so if your card is expired you would have to renew it. You can renew your card on line as well as order a cake. 72 hours notice for on line order and 48 hours in warehouse. Hope this helps!
Cardholders can bring up to 2 guests with them. How you pay and divide up the goods at the till is your business!
Do you have to have a business to get a card thankyou in advance x Diane
