My mum ordered one too that arrived the same time and although hers is not quite as bad as mine, it's still very very poor and has printer lines through it as well, and the pictures are dull and grainy on hers too. I have ordered printed mugs from photobox before that were a thousand times better.

Just ordered one for my sister of her son and grand-daughter, will be a nice little stocking filler as he lives down south so she doesn't see him or the baby as much as she'd like.
Would have been nice to make the mother in law scowl but I'd rather make my sis smile.
Have been using snapfish & photobox for years to order personalised mugs for friends and fam.

Buy the setup start making them yourself X) setup about £100 - £150 then mugs will cost you about 80p to do.

When you click on organizer - photos and videos - upload from computer - selete the photos you want, its not uploading for you?
Hmmm, Im not sure if it makes a difference but have you tried doing it through a different web browser.
Can you not choose single image mug and make your own collage/montage in an online photo editor?
I eventually realised that it was throwing a wobbler because my image was square, so I pasted it onto a landscape background roughly 4:3 aspect ratio, added a border round my image, then it worked OK....
..but now I find the code won't work for me....aaaggghhhh
EDIT: it was actually my postcode it had problems with not the code, mug now ordered for 3.50! cheers OP. :-)

There are different mugs at first I picked the wrong one and it didn't work,and it seems you have to fill your address in and then add then add code
