PETER Jones, one of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and star of the hit BBC2 television series ‘Dragons’ Den,’ is launching a unique online suite of business tools designed to take the pain out of vital business tasks for small-to-medium-size companies and start ups.

The service, called “Peter Jones Business Builder,” will initially be available exclusively in all branches of PC World, the UK’s leading chain of computing superstores.

Customers simply use the service activation code included within the retail pack to unlock a wealth of business tools, support and advice, which will then be accessible online – twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The service includes FREE telephone technical support and automatic live updates.

Peter Jones said:

“I’m delighted to launch this service with PC World because I speak to so many people who are either running their own business, or planning to start one, and the red tape and administration involved is a major factor holding them back.

The Peter Jones Business Builder service will help business owners to manage more effectively and allow them to focus on the challenges that really govern their success. It will save time and money by bringing together a host of key business tools in one easy to access location online and now with distribution in PC World it gives the service an unrivalled retail presence.”

Once registered, users can access a range of services such as bookkeeping, business planning, payroll, health and safety, human resources support, marketing and sales as well as legal support.

The service will be available exclusively in PC World Stores from 15 October 2007 and be sold in a “DVD style” pack. Inside the packaging is a card with a unique access number, together with a brief description of the all-in-one service.

Three variants of the service will be available, offering either one months access at £17.99, three months access at £34.99, or 12 months access at £99.99. (inc. of VAT) The service will be displayed in a stand alone unit in all of PC World’s 160 stores across the country. For a limited time customers buying any computer from PC World will have the

option of buying the Business Builder service for half price. Peter Jones has built a £200m business empire with interests ranging from telecoms and leisure to publishing, property, media and recruitment. He started his first major business at just 17 creating a tennis academy and at only 18 launched a company selling computers and associated services to corporate clients. In the last few years he has started a significant number of new companies and invested in many new start ups.

Jones has received a number of personal accolades. In 2001, he was named as Emerging Entrepreneur of The Year by The Times/Ernst & Young, and in 2006 was listed in the Daily Telegraph’s top 10 entrepreneurs aged 40 and under. In 2005 he joined the judging panel of ‘Dragons’ Den’ and since then he has gone on to launch his own TV production company and co-produced “American Inventor,” a TV format which searches for new innovations and was a primetime hit in the USA on the ABC network.

Keith Jones Managing Director PC World Stores Group says: “We’re pleased to be able to offer these powerful business tools to our customers and look forward to supporting their business needs with this online business support service. The Peter Jones Business Builder service is ideal to support growing businesses and entrepreneurs of the future.”

I misread the title as 'Peter Jones Body Builder' and jumped straight in to start poking fun at him.

I think its a awful product and for that reason i wont be investing in it.

Im out

Im out

Does it feel better :lol

pity its only online, the cd is useless then. as soon as subscription is over, you lose everything, templates, letters, software etc.

How much profit will I get at the end of the year?

Can you give me the figures for where you expect your business in five years?

I think its a awful product and for that reason i wont be investing in it.

I like it Borat, I like it! :-D

Oh, and I quite like Peter Jones but I have to say this looks like a total pants product. I've been self employed and there's NOTHING there that would inspire me to purchase.

Peter Jones is in the bargain bucket! :-D

Does it feel better :lol

Peter, i will make you an offer of 40% of what you want for the subscrition for 15 months
only if James and Duncan agree to come in with me

Can't be that good considering PC World have reportedly been in financial trouble. Also the fact that Peter Jones can't sell his own product, hence being cleared, does not give me a lot of confidence.

pc world + equanet + macwarehouse = dsgi
