Didn't take note of Diesel price but suspect similarly cheaper than elsewhere. Probably just an introductory offer to get people hooked on the new store.

Great price.
Still 1.37 average in East London.
My favourite Esso is around 133.9 because there is an Asda and Sainsbury nearby in Watford. Morrisons is 137 and Tesco the same near work and home. It's all a bit of a rip-off if they can get away with it. I wish one fuel company or supermarket would genuinely have a national price and keep it low and advertise it then maybe we would see fuel prices come down. Maybe John Lewis should start selling fuel with their 'never knowingly undersold' motto

Pretty sure Asda tried one price for all stations a while ago. IMO it's a bad ideal, I live near a city and get my fuel cheaper due to the station being competitive to the surrounding stations and selling loads of it with a lower profit margin per litre than a quiet station in the middle of no where can sell it at. I shouldn't have to subsidise their fuel costs because they chose to live in non-urban areas.
asda middlesbrough have unleaded at £133.9, tesco 1 mile away are £135.9

Not forgetting Cwmbran Shopping style to tune of Gangnam style.

Yes £1.30 would be correct, but who cares, lol.
Nice, ill drive the 300 mile round trip to pick some up, I'm just gonna run the engine until its almost empty so I can get more cheap fuel in, thanks!

But you're quite happy for them to pay higher council tax than you and fund the services such as street lights you get but they don't?

Petrol was 136.9p/l today at the Morrisons I drive past on the way to work.

Lol proof, someone already said Sainsbury's price matched. If you're not in the area you needn't worry anyway.
