I hope not! we use the red for unleaded and the green for 2 stroke mix for our karts so this will really confuse me!

You weren't calling ghinzani stupid deliberately, it's just that particular sentence could be misconstrued as having two meanings. lol

I think morrisons pfs are allso selling cheap, going ther soon will check

Just out of honest curiosity...why do people use these?

Not trying to be clever, but I've got a petrol gauge in my car and simply fill up when it reads low and in 17 years driving it's a system that hasn't let me down once.

Are they useful in another way that i'm missing?

Lawnmower?

Nice example. I like it! But how do I get the electricity in it?

i thoguh petrol can "go off" if stored for to long,

I'd buy 10 of these and hord petrol if there is a strike but not to sure.

Original Poster

you store when you know a strike is coming which i done few years ago, got me to work for the week and roads were dead lol

Unless you're self employed that sounds like a good enough reason to avoid one like the plague...:giggle:

Kart fuel - 3 different types, 4 stroke, 2 stroke synthetic, 2 stroke mineral - then all the old stuff also which you can chuck in a generator or old car without a cat. As in catalytic convertor, not Felix. Anyway these cans are invaluable, and Im always losing them.

Fair play to you. It sounds like (for some people) there's a load of good reasons to have one.

Tesco Prestwich will only let me buy 1!
