All of these supposed good deals for fuel are in reality all terrible awful deals.

They have the illusion of being good deals because they've been fleecing us for a while and they think we we're stupid enough to think these outragous prices are now brilliant.

It's not about being a deal, just helping each other, saving a few quids.

Diesel prices are apparently due to drop by 20p over the next couple of weeks... apparently...

Great local station, I have been using it regularly for a month now. Just proves how much other pumps are ripping us off

I have suggested such before, all it needs is a targeted boycott en masse of one of the major fuel retailers, whether that be a supermarket or one of the main oil companies is irrelevant. Once they realise they haven't sold any fuel whatsoever nationwide for a week the penny will drop and they will be forced to drop their prices dramatically. If they don't, the boycott remains in place until they do. Once said retailer has done such then all of the other retailers will follow suit like sheep and happy days, everyone gets cheaper fuel. We all know it's a cartel anyway, hence if any retailer breaks ranks we then boycott them en masse until they fall back in line. May I suggest we all start with ASDA, they always used to pull the trigger first in reducing prices, not so anymore since the greedy Issa brothers took over. This is so easy to implement with the power of social media and websites such as HUKD these days.

Petrol and diesel is currently circa 20-25p/litre more expensive at the big fuel companies and supermarket forecourts than independent retailers are selling for nationwide! If these guys can sell it so much cheaper without having major buying power then something is clearly wrong here, i.e. we are all being taken for mugs!
