These are pre-registered cars on 69 plate, so you'd be the second owner. At less than £10k though it's a good deal, especially if the 0% finance in the original link is correct. Peugeot finance is something daft like 7%. More info here;-

I have never been entirely sure what the means. They are still essentially brand news cars, arent they with nothing but delivery mileage on the clock? Just that Eden have registered it to themselves first to get some stock that they can move quickly off the forecourt??

You are correct
You should include pre registered in title. As you will not be the first registered keeper of the vehicle. Good price though.

They're not quite brand new, as the manufacturers warranty starts ticking down from the day they're first registered. Also you aren't the first registered keeper. These things need to be weighed up against the saving on offer compared to the best price for brand new (first registered to you). The saving in this case is significant, and as they're at most 85 days old it seems a good deal.
You also need to check build date on these cars as they could be old stock and earlier trim levels. This means the dealer receives an added discount hence why they pre register. You could get a car built 12 months ago.

Agreed, why post the most desirable version when people are going to get the basic version that does not look like the pic if they went for this deal. I clicked on this deal based on the price AND the picture.

It like the difference between a Ford fiesta 1.0 and Ford fiesta ST..... theres a big difference in the looks and performance AND price.

Predator alert 🚓🚔. You must be one of those guys portrayed on Panorama, going on those predator courses, on picking up girls. That was a very worrying program, for anyone with a daughter. They should have their bits cut off.
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but bear in mind this is discounted because it's the outgoing model which is no longer in production. The new version can already be ordered with first deliveries expected early next year and looks much better (imo).

I've recently had a few brand new hire cars, Clio, Corsa, Polo and 208 gt line. The 208 was probably the best of them all. Admittedly gt is the higher spec but it was good to drive and felt well put together. I'd seriously consider one if I was in the market for a small car.
Good deal OP... heat added

Well if you look at JD Powers reports on reliability, you should be including a lot of the German manufacturers on your list. Or are you just being blinkered and biased?

I have seen mostly fiat.frech.and fords broken down on sided of the roads and motorways.
I speak through my experiance and my friends knowledge.
I have 2006 honda jazz an no problems at all exept light bulbs.
I have Peugeot company van since june 2015 and only problems.
I said to my company why you go for unrealable french cars?
Company said because its cheap!
So there you have it...quality or price..take your pick.
My mum drives 2001 Opel astra and she doesnt want any new car...especialy from the trio above...
I have seen 2017 peugeot broken down on busy roundbout with AA already attended.
Its your opinion what to buy...but dont cry your eyes out here one you have a problem haha.
Buy honda or toyota and you wont have many issues.
Even scotty kilmer on you tube said buy honda or toyota.
He has 50 years of mechanic experienece.
And so I listen to those people who knows what they talk about.

Your mum has an Opel. Opel/Vauxhall are probably the worst for reliability.
I mainly see VW and AUDI cars broken down, on my daily commute.
There's a lot of unreliability in new cars, with most manufacturers these days.
Scotty Kilmer, he's that American guy, who tries to look like John Lennon. You believe a guy you don't really known and, take his advice. Nice one?

I have no idea why people bother with comprehensive reliability surveys based on thousands of responses. Opinion is so much more reliable.

Get the car she actually likes instead of a deal. Just think about it, when you are buying a car yourself you aren't exactly looking for a deal, right?
One can always ignore many flaws on a car they love but if it's not the car you always wanted you end up picking on it and comparing it to the one you actually wanted.

You mean a Mini Hatchback? Those are nice cars for their size.
She can keep it for years if she wanted to amd mini actually host a bunch of interesting events at car shows etc. so if she ever decide to go she will like the brand she has as well.
I've been in one and although the ride is very stiff but I imagine that makes it more stable on the highway and also less lean through corners.
Congratulations on settling on a nice car.
