U wot m8?

good price for this , but such as monster supplements do this for £36 but get free cla or lean degree so that kinda levels out the price..

I think he said..... Actually no... I can't tell. Great price for this and personally I do rate the product as well.

Fantastic product, great find and best price I've ever known. Well done, heat added

Nice find! Ordered, and heat added!!

Good product or no? Never used them and notice that there stuff is always under Amazon lightning deals...

EDIT: Phd that is, not nutricentre.

Not a bad price. Just remember products like this are pretty much pure marketing and that most supplements have little to no proven benefits. For example, 2.5kg of standard protein works out a little cheaper from myprotein but is about 80% protein compared to this at 70%. It says diet yet it has more calories than the myprotein stuff too for some reason.

However there's at least some honesty on their page as after the marketing blurb:

"When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and effective exercise regime, Diet Whey may:" - list of vague benefits.

Next time ask mcdonalds for ingredients as well because they food you more s**t than these guys I would say!

Not that good of a product better off going for usn igf1

Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Avoid the nutri centre

Good price and one of the few protein shakes I can mix with water.

Protein powders are the biggest con going. Food is king!

so yeah I don't like being treated like a fool

-35g protein - oh, 35g in 35g, in 100g, in 1kg, in 2kg? not stated
sme goes with carbs

- With CLA / L-Carnitine / Flaxseed / Green Tea. - really diet and effective. it is better to drink just a pure truly green tea

a precision, slow-release protein blend to maximise satiety and ensure no hunger pangs or energy crashes during the day. - breeding ground for newbies

it contains a multitude of potential fat-loss ingredients - keep telling everyone low fat is healthy

Soya Protein Isolate - I couldn't imagine better dietetary product than this one

- [...] will provide enough protein, carbohydrates, fibre and essential fats [...] - this is interesting, above I read it is fat free. so how is it?

not to mention more examples...

Such nonsense people speak.

It's called diet whey because it has reduced carbs compared to regular whey. One would also mix it with almond milk rather than cows milk for the same reason, milk has a significant amount of carbs.

It would be taken 30 mins before workout and immediately after.

It is absorbed quickly. Any other time of the day you would use Casein which is slow feed.

Where does it state fat free.

This is my first post and I know this subject. If this is the level of quality input from users I will assume nobody here really knows WTF they are talking about in any subject.

This will probably be my last post as well.

I've recently started with the MyProtein diet stuff (cycle to work twice a week and go to the gym twice a week). If nothing else, it stops me snacking in the morning after cycling.

Not sure about the PHD stuff but I think the diet MyProtein contains more carbs than the standard one for some reason, but includes things like green tea extracts instead.

The choc orange PHD one is palatable..

Come on mate i fully agree with your points, a lot of people talk total utter rubbish on here (usually about why road bikes come without pedals!!) but there are some that appreciate the effort that goes into these so dont be disheartened by the minority who know very little at all regarding certain topics!! Heat from me

i agree but working people dont always get the chance to eat every 3 hours!!

great price, heat added. I've had this before, blends well and tastes good with just water (I've only had the strawberry). I know the diet part confuses people when they see it's lower protein and higher carbs than regular whey, but it's designed to keep you fuller for longer on good carbs like oats so less likely to snack. I see and use it more like a meal replacement shake rather than a direct supplement like a pure whey blend, a kind of "slimfast" after the gym. however as you can probably tell I'm no expert on the matter, so take my opinion with a pinch of salt.

strawberry flavour is a bit grainy....

Never used this as prefer the USN ultralean stuff and always seem to find it quite cheap on offer somewhere without too much hassle.

Definitely wouldn't say they're a con as I've managed to lose just over 3 stone in 6 months whilst using these along with an average amount of exercise.

if nothing else, using it as a lunch replacement at work, it stops me eating carp and the chocolate ones give me that little bit of sweetness my new eating habits lack.

well obviously, noone relies on their entire protein daily amount to be fulfilled with just whey protein, it should only ever be used if you are falling behind just a little bit (20g) on the amount of protein you want to hit, it is quick and easy to consume and very convenient for people, thats pretty much the only reason why it's popular. It's also great for people trying to lose weight because it suppresses appetite as well as cravings.

I use this product and have done for about 5 years.

Its used post training (spin, weights, gym, cycling). I don't have time to prepare food and I'm no meat head so not looking to bulk or lose huge amounts of weight. I do however need a good recovery product after training that I can drink in the car on the way to work.

Personally I like it because they taste pretty good (Belgian Choc, Strawberry & choc orange), doesn't need to be mixed with milk and stop me from snacking or eating sh*t post training. If mixed with water its still pretty thick. Its a good food replacement for me and helps me recover well so I can train on consecutive days without feeling too fatigued. I've not tried too many other protein shakes but the one's I've tried taste rank.

This is the only supplement I use for training and I've noticed if I maintain a regular training schedule I have lost weight and noticed some enhanced muscle definition.

So I'll give it some heat as its a product I like and price that's good as well.

Is this any good for people trying to put on muscle but are already lean?

the benefit of this product is that it has additional fat loss supported ingredients apose to standard protein . but more importantly it actually fills you up and reduces hunger/cravings. it doesnt really mention it here to be fair.

funnily enough this 'diet whey' has more carbs & sugars than the standard phd whey. ht i think they call it now. its called diet because of the cla and other stuff theyve put in.

this right here is correct

sorry to had to have this feedback. from this community but it tends to happen with apple products, selfie sticks (which i do hate), proteins etc....controversial/hated products cause heated discussions anywhere.

great deal voted hot and cheapest I've seen in many years before the tax bump up

TOP PRICE !! I'm gutted , just bought cyclone from here 18.50 delivered from here. But this is the only one I use. Belg chocolate is the only one I can stomach. Great find mate !!!

Besides the fact I like this product a lot (mixes well and actually tastes nice enough it's not a chore to consume) this is the best price I've seen 2kg in a tub go for - heat from me and ignore the trolls / uneducated. Thanks for posting.

Effectively got this for about 70 quid for three tubs after cash back. Bargain.
