By the look of the ingredients and macros its just absolutely pointless shake.

26g protein per serving. Maybe that’s why whey is on the label.

Rice cakes with peanut butter would be my travel companion if I was veggie.

26g Protein but not all whey protein. Soya! bud :P

Whole Grain Oat Flour, Milk Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk),Soya Protein Isolate, Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, L-Carnitine, Sunflower Oil Powder, Flavourings, Match Green Tea, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide Heavy, Vitamin C, Zinc Gluconate, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Vitamin E Acetate, Potassium Iodide, Vitamin B3, Sodium Selenite, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin B5, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Sulphate Monohydrate, D-Biotin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Folic Acid, Sodium Chloride, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose)

I know its cheap but better off just get your Egg omlett with oats to your Tupperware for lunch away, unless you dont live by "your are what you eat"
The first ingredient on the back of the tub is protein blend. Which is a blend of milk protein and whey protein. Of course it’s better to eat food but some people literally do not have the time or resources, especially when at work.

Actually first ingredient is flour, considering oat flour have 15g protein per 100g, accounted for in this.

Absolute Gimmicks and useless product given its name its targeting people thinking.

I hate Phd and Maximuscle for that.

thanks cobman - looks like a quality product especially grass fed, ideally would like higher fat but could just mix with mct/almond/coconut to get the fat content up. any flavour recommendations?
I would usually have my protein mint chocolate or strawberry delight, can you recommend one that tastes good, many thanks xx

Still over 200 Cals for a yield of 26grams of Protien. In comparison to Normal Protein supplements it’s not very Diet friendly.

No point checking Argos Northern Ireland . Stephen Nolan will have em all bought . Fair play to the not so big lad
I was on keto for 2 years. dropped 30% body fat to 10 in first year
messed up and stopped started eating carbs like mad now in back up to 15 stone
M
14 servings per tub.
Some decent savings on the rest of the range. I ditched the 'normal' diet whey a couple of years back and have been buying the ISO7 Synergy instead.
Raaaaaargh , Get Hench

This is good a combination with cardiovascular exercise
Thanks op good spot
Nice one just ordered 5
Had this before. Didn't get on with it, it gave me the runs. It has a lot of fad 'diet' extracts in it like green tea.

It has a really weird texture, quite waxy, and the powder has lots of dark flecks in it (probably the oatmeal flour mentioned earlier). I found the consistency was like having a normal protein shake with a tablespoon of ground linseed or something similar mixed in.

Seems like the right deal to ask about this.....

I’m after whey protein to reduce cholesterol...prefer berry type flavours, although prefer it’s not jam packed with sugar (possibly a contradiction), i’m not veggie or vegan, and I don’t mind if it does have extra “half-decent” calories as i’m a skinny bugger anyway.....any recommendations please?

I saw that though nice, then saw the stuff about powder and diet!
What is this? Protein ? 48g of protein per 100g of product? Wouldn’t want this for free honestly and 29g of carbs per 100g? You might as well eat sausage bap.
