Thanks mate, great find!

Instead of paying 5 pounds for delivery just add Smart Whey for 12.49 quid. IMO good deal. All in all 1.4kg of protein for 12.49.

Just low quality, you wouldn't use 85% octane in your car

What makes it low quality?
It’s £10 per kilo anyway. What a load of protein
Personally I like phd diet whey had it for years and it’s worked fine for me mixes fine and tastes good

I agree, it mixes well with water after only a few shakes, no grit Luke you get with other brands, I decent quality protein should be smooth within about 8 shakes of a shaker!!
I find this quite good on my stomach, some brands go straight through me. If your looking for a well priced lean muscle protein you can’t go wrong with this. (However this is just my opinion)

I took strawberry and the other normal whey lemon cake.
Wanted to try something different, as usually I'm going for banana or chocolate.

Loads of fillers. See the label.

Correct

If you want protein go for products that are just that most are loaded up with all sorts of rubbish in them.

Pay no attention to the low sugar/carb or calories selling points either again it's misleading (whey protein should always be a set amount of calories the same with fat content)

The best thing if you do want these is mix it with double cream and water so you are getting plenty of fat as well yes it will increase the calories but not by much and if you need this stuff you should need those caloires anyway.

This is diet whey, no one buying diet anything is going to be adding unnecessary additional cream into their diet but that was a good one, thanks for the laugh

Keto and high fat diet is pseudoscience.

I've been using PhD for a while. It is a quality protein and really thick and creamy with water, it tastes awesome as well (salted caramel). I tried another famous brand last month and it was absolutely awful, it was watery and poor quality and I won't be trying that again.

diet label is just marketing nothing else.

How is it unnecessary it gives the extra calories and fat required rather then carb loading.

No one mentioned keto and to claim its pseudoscience just shows you know 0 about human science or nutrition.

Think you need to get out of the basement mate. You've missed the point that "diet" marketing is targeted at a specific audience, and it's not one looking to consume additional calories but you seem to know very little about nutrition so it's unsurprising you've arrived at that conclusion.

All you do is chat utter drivel about keto on other threads mate so it's easy enough to work out what agenda you are pushing when you talk nonsense like adding cream to it.

I am in a basement so you must be stuck in a box.

Their is no point to diet label it's made up marketing everything you eat no matter what it is is a diet.

Calorie counting is useless and has been proven to be a very outdated method which just messes up people long term and you see every one that uses this yoyo.

If you are calorie counting why would you even take a product like this you wouldn't you would easily get all the calories from proper food.

It looks like you know 0 about real nutrition and i expect you are going by false science funded by the companies that push these sort of products.

Keto is proven in the real world and if you knew about human nutrition you would understand the process (I don't eat keto i eat meat only diet classed as carnivore)
