Product Description

Diet Whey is a high protein, low sugar, diet and slimming formula for weight control. Diet Whey Contains: Whey Protein: Derived from milk and high in amino acids such as Cysteine and Glutamine, Whey Protein Concentrate is typically comprised of various protein fractions (such as Beta Lactoglobulin) that are being regularly researched and studied for their potential benefits to health and well being. Soya Protein: Isolated from the Soy Bean, Soya Protein Isolate is extremely high in protein when in raw format (up to 90 Percent), low fat, low carbohydrate and becoming a staple and better understood form of high quality protein for health and weight control. Soybeans also contain biologically active or metabolic proteins, such as enzymes, trypsin inhibitors, hemagglutinins, and cysteine proteases very similar to papain. Milk Protein: Typically high in the important Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). Diet Whey also contains a plethora of added ingredients that are used extensively in a variety of weight loss formulas on the market, such as: CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid): CLA is a Linoleic fatty acid found traditionally in dairy and fish and has long been used in weight management formulas as an addition, or stand-alone ingredient. L-Carnitine: In living cells, Carnitine is required for the transport of fatty acids from the cytosol into the mitochondria during the breakdown of lipids (fats) for the generation of metabolic energy. Green Tea Extract: Green tea extract is a herbal derivative from green tea leaves. Green tea extract contains Catechins or Green Tea Catechins, which have been used by health conscious individuals for many years for it’s potential antioxidant effect. Flaxseed: Flax seeds contain high levels of dietary fibre as well as lignans, an abundance of micronutrients and omega-3 fatty acids. Studies have shown that flax seeds may lower cholesterol levels.

Perfect timing for this months deliveries. 2kg of protein will give me diarrhea and i have 720 wet wipes for it. The 8 bloo will cover the smell and 2.4kg of wash & go to wash it all away. (edited)

Would this be okay on a keto diet would anyone know?
This protein is 11% carbs so 100 grams of this stuff = about 20% of your daily carb allowance. In short, it's okay but not great for keto. Whey isolate from MyProtein would be much better at 4% carbs (but much more expensive unfortunately).

Best tasting shake in my opinion. Even the vegan stuff is good. (edited)
agreed this stuff is so good. been my go to.

17g per serving is not that much. I've seen other brands with at least 20g protein per serving.
It's per 25g of powder, so 20.4g protein per 30g, which is the usual serving other proteins recommend. But yes, it's still poor, better powders have 23-25g per 30g serving.

Can someone confirm if the S&S price gets 'locked in' once you make the order? I don't have my next delivery set until 28th September. Am I risking losing out on this lower price by waiting 4 weeks?
Yes first order price is locked in. Follow-up orders get priced at the market rate. I always just cancel after receiving.

Is this mix whey and soya proteins?
Its a whey/casein/soya mix, probably in about equal parts.

It'll only appear as 25% on select accounts. Mine it's only showing 15% saving putting it at just over £10 for the 1kg.

I find this stuff thick and gloopy with bits in it probably because it's only 80% concentrate and not isolate.

Has anyone tried the stuff below, seems like a new kid on the block and a decentish price for 90% isolate.
