Thanks for that LARGER image Ray :santa:

Looks pretty good close up eh :-D

My girlfriend got a nice round one, looked quite cool from Comet the other day for the same price. or £24.99 for the 512mb one.

I was looking to buy this a few weeks ago. Decided against it after reading some user reviews. Bought the SanDisk Sansa m230 1GB from Amazon for about £25, which is excellent. Battery life is excellent (still running on the original after 2 weeks) and very easy to use. Sound quality is also very good.

Great deal edi

I bought one a couple of days ago and I'm impressed with the sound quality for the price. It is priced at £59.99 on the back of the current Argos catalogue and is one of their current half price deals. It's also the first MP3 player I've used straight out of the box where I haven't had to fiddle around with the EQ settings to get the bass-rich sound I prefer and it even compares very well with the sound produced by my Archos AV500 which cost £200 more. I think I will invest in some better duracell or rechargeable AAA Nimh batteries though as the original philips battery didn't last more than about 5 hours of solid playing though I had the backlit display on quite a lot while I was getting used to the controls which probably didn't help. :whistling:

Thanks for the comprehensive feedback Robbo11 :santa:

Price now £39.99 even though it still says special offer - less than half price in the blurb! Very glad I got mine last week now.

Thanks for the info on the price Good you got yours at the right time Robbo11 too!
