HOT!!!!!!!!! nice find

no hdmi, would rather spend £10 more and get something with it.

How does it do 1080p but have no hdmi is it just through the dvi?

DVI = HDMI without audio thought right? There's no speakers on the monitor so all you would need is a 99p adapter

Hot...and considering.

Yes. VGA ports can do 1080p also.

Any reviews about? Google failed me.

Ebuyer have a version with DVI & HDMI for £134.95 +delivery. Seems to be exactly the same, just the additional port on the back.

The closest I could get to a review is ryanhum.blogspot.com/201…tml , although that's of the HDMI version.

Delivery is free from ebuyer

Does anyone know if this is Glossy screen or just a normal one?

Spend more and get hdmi then (audio).

Good price, but need to see some reviews before taking the plunge, as the Benq 24 inch HDBL or something can be had for about the same, and that has good reviews, considering the budget price.

can you use this as a tv?

another seriously ill informed comment, i see the public really is as stupid as the marketing idiots that decided to use HDMI said they were

you can actually plug your digibox or whatever to this via hdmi to dvi connection but you ll need to sort the sound

What is the point in outputting audio to the monitor, when it doesn't have any speakers? Sigh.

Hold on, I'll just get your coat...

But... monitors have amazing audio. No HDMI = fail.
I forgot that HDMI is the chav of video connections

Nothing wrong with wanting an HDMI port for an extra £10. It means you have 3 ports instead of two. I have three PC's connected to my monitor. I can also connect my HDMI enabled Panasonic digicam directly or my Kodak Z1. You might want to hook up an HD freeview box or game console (with audio to your desktop speakers) (Goodmans freeview HD £50) directly while still having a laptop and PC connected.

I'm afraid you are the ill informed one, and by the sound of it a bit unpleasant with it.

Because if Philips implemented HDMI they would include speakers too, like most of the other monitors with HDMI.

Give him his coat back.

Can't find the one with HDMI you talking about, can you give direct link?

Does anyone know how long the warranty is - Ive had two monitors that failed about a month after the 3 year warranty expired.

Don't forget Quidco too - 0.5%. Gives you a 65p bonus. Every little helps.

Not sure, but i bought a philips 22 inch TV and it was awesome. HDMI, VGA, USB (if i remember correctly) and it cost £148.00. Should have posted it but just a newbie.... probably would have got a sub zero rating anyway.

Thanks to OP, was in the market for a 24" monitor, ordered last night, just checked Play's website and price has now gone up to £140, which makes the monitor cheaper at eBuyer, who are selling it at £135.

Deal should now be expired as price at play.com has been increased as previously mentioned.

Needs expiring, as above. How many people have to hit expire to expire a deal?

Got my Monitor delivered today from Play, really impressed, £129.99 for this was a steal, there aren't many 24 inch 1080p monitors for anything like this price and its quality really is up there
