I assume write speeds are slow as they aren't advertised.
Dam good price for 256gb any better deal for 256g or 128gb ?
I was going to buy a new 128gb usb memory stick, it’s over 20 pounds for a good quality one.

Thought I will get better speeds buying the Ssd ?! Use an external enclosure with usb 3.1 a 3.2 ? Is there a huge speed difference for 1/2gb movies files ?

Any advice would be appreciated, something that goes in my backpack or pocket is fine

Yes , it will have a big difference in transfer speed if you use SSD. It would cost around £20-£25 including the enclosure. for 2.5" SSD enclosure USB 3.1 would be alright. Mind if you are thinking M.2 it will have different enclosure.

Would suspect, particularly based on the read speed thats probably connected to a USB 2.0 port not a 3.0 port. Its good providing information but when theres no real detail provided the values limited.

Why would people pay the same price for usb stick when the Ssd / m.2 works out to be the same price but much faster / reliable.
