Although a bargain for that particular TV (most other retailers selling at £500ish), for £400 there are better specs up for grabs... even if it is just same spec, but bigger screen.

You would struggle to find even a 37", 1080p, 100Hz, Internet TV with 5 year warranty. Plus this is the higher end Philips with Ambilight. And I do like the curves... To get (almost) this spec in a bigger screen you're next step is a Sony KDL40ex503u, really - which is on a great deal at Comet with BR player for £570... £170 more, even with a BR player, is not "same spec, bigger screen" for "£400". So, I'd be grateful for such a TV as I'm looking for something bigger than 32".

sounds hot to me, given heat

The lower spec 5405h is £429 - HOT

Can you get a 100hz, DLNA, Net tv for less?

Doubt it!

I don't think it's actually Freeview HD? I can't find anywhere that says it is... if so I'll snap it up!

Checked the online manual and that says it is HD for DVB-T ....

1.1.1 Enjoy HD TV 1/2
This TV can display High Definition programmes, but to
enjoy HD TV you need to get programmes in HD first. If you
are not watching HD programmes, the picture quality will
be that of a normal TV.
You can receive programmes in High Definition from...
• a Blu-ray Disc player, connected with an HDMI cable,
with an HD Movie
• a digital HD receiver, connected with an HDMI cable, with
a subscription to HD channels from a cable or satellite
company
• an Over-the-air HD broadcaster (DVB-T MPEG4)• an HD channel on your DVB-C network
• an HD Game console (Xbox 360 / PlayStation 3),
connected with an HDMI cable, with an HD game.

It does not have freeview HD... but its a great TV if 32" is what you're after..........Bargain

Name one?

Sold out. Gutted. Have I definately missed out or are they likely to get more stock in as I was ready to pull the trigger on this.

Just rang up - they're not getting any more stock in at all as it's an end of the line model. So I guess this is expired...?
