After the recent deal for a the lower range model at Argos, thought this maybe useful to some. With the 5 year extended warranty aswell. Of course, you need a costco card.

That is nice and immersive

Thanks, can anyone help me with what is the difference between this model and the one on sale at Argos?

Before anyone else jumps in, the panel in this is 8 bit not 10 bit.

Heat for the price and I am a fan of these amber light TVs. Best tv I ever had was the Philips aurea. Stunning tv when it first came out. Love them to make a aurea 2 with full 4K, HDR 10 and Dolby vision. Come on CES 2017!

So this one or Argos one?? I know a amber light tv
I feel gutted I missed the Argos one for £406 and I'm my head this will go back to it before Xmas

The only difference I can see between the costco model and the argos model is that the costco model has three way ambilight (top, left and right) and the argos model has two way ambilight (left and right).

Processing power, display etc all seem to be the same from the specs I have found.

Not worth the price difference in my opinion.

The reviews of this one say it's a quad-core and the Android is fast, whereas the Argos one seems underpowered and crashes all the time... what specs do you have for both?
I thought this one had a better CPU (quad-core) and more RAM (2gb vs. 1gb of Argos model)?

Having bought a Argos one the CPU is very slow and laggy using any android app, Kodi is a real pain to use. I'm taking mine back and keeping my full HD Sony, picture is sharper on the 4k but not necessarily better, I'll miss the ambilight though.

Gutted i missed out on this offer, OOS now and price gone back up. Do these go on offer that often?
