This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

This is the mid-range TV in the Philips 7 series range and comes with Ambilight and a built in soundbar. Also has Chromecast and the P5 processor.

Lowest this has been is £518 on Nov 14 - however that was with a 3rd party seller and dispatched from Europe (I've been keeping an eye on this tv for weeks!)

Reduced from £750 to £575 with free delivery. Seems to be a 3rd party seller (Tvsandmore) who have 91% positive rating and is based in the UK.

Other sellers will dispatch from Europe (Italy, Spain etc.) and have poor ratings.

TV Features
Ambilight 3 sided makes your viewing experience more immersive by emitting a wide glow from your TV screen onto the wall. Colour and excitement move beyond the screen.

P5 perfect picture engine optimises sharpness, colour, contrast and motion.

Android TV with Google Assistant, Google Play store and Chromecast built in

Ultra HD has 4X the resolution of standard Full HD. This gives sharper, crisper, more detailed images, and with HDR Plus enjoy improved colour and contrast.

I used camelcamelcamel to search prices for the 50inch model and never seen it below £500 on Amazon unless the seller was based in Europe. Wish it was £469

I believe Ambilight starts from 6000 series upwards. There's a good summary on Tech advisor website of the different ranges and their main differences

Techadvisor

I would suggest looking at the top end of the 6000 series (68xx) and the 7 series (73xx, 75xx, 78xx) which are popular and available in different sizes.

I been checking different models and specs on displayspecifications website:

I know this is a better tv than the Argos one but is it £175 worth better. Really tempted by the Argos one
Is there anyway to get a Phillips ambi strip attach to the bottom and have it in sync with the 3 sides? I've seen you can get lamps which can replicate effect in sync but a strip to complete all 4 edges would be handy

Probably a smaller version, amazon tend to merge the reviews from all sizes

Philips hue strip/light bulbs may be the best option. There are videos on youtube where these lightbulb work in sync with ambilight.

Check out this youtube video:
Thank you OP
Been using one for a year or so now and no real issue. Sometimes you turn it on and have to wait 5 seconds before you can go to home or source but I had this issue on a Samsung TV too whilst they boot. I was quite happy especially for the price
