the code reduces it to that price. they also have an offer of the google mini for free but if you choose that it ups the price to £438.10, so you can't have both the discount and the google.

Heat added. Philips Ambilight is a killer innovation and a massive USP for Philips, something that usually was only available on higher end models until Philips' s TV division was bought out and the new owners have brought it way down the food chain. . You can bet your life that all other TV manufacturers would love to get their hands on it but they can't. Yet.

Looks like a good deal
Just grabbed this, great price!
Heat added I own this tv it's wonderfull
Love the ambilight ,
So so so tempting. Kinda want a bigger screen but still can't justify getting a new one yet..
I have this model, I have a problem with the motion though. I find I have to put everything in Game Mode as turning Motion off in any other setting doesn't seem to resolve the issues. Also, the menu's are really slow at time (I don't even use any of the smart features) and sometimes when you press the input button, it just flicks up and off the screen straight away. There was a new firmware update on the 12th of July which includes 'General Stability improvement.' so I'm hoping that bug is included.

The ambilight is fantastic though! I thought it would be a gimic but it really does add to the experience. 1080p and 4k content looks great.
How does this tv handle with fast motion like football
I didn’t need such a large screen but I thought it was a cracking deal! I don’t expect the world from it but the lighting is a massive attraction I don’t mind admitting!

Hope I’ve helped other get a deal!
Shame they don't have the 43" on offer
Just bought. Cheers for posting

I watch football on mine from a sky Q mini box and it’s spot on. The ambilight puts a green halo round the pitch which I find enhances the viewing at the distance I’m sat, fills your peripheral vision with a tone that feels natural.

I read somewhere that one of the hdmi ports is only half the speed. I was getting horrible judder in the Xbox, just like lag with a poor internet connection, but cured when I switched the ports over.
I’m very tempted! How long is the warranty

Yea I wish that was the case. You are right, HDMI 1 is only 1.4 so 1080p/60fps or 4k/30fps but HDMI 2 and 3 are 2.0. it's not FPS jutter, it's actually motion (unless I put game mode on). Does it on all ports

Two of the HDMI ports are full-bandwidth (capable of 4K/60fps), whilst the others aren't (limited to 4K/30fps). It's the same for most TVs on the market currently, though some higher-end models do offer four full-bandwidth ports - namely Samsung QLEDs, LG OLEDs and Sony TVs using the X1 Ultimate chipset.
The 7000 series is a total lemon so not sure I would trust this 6000 at all, can you please link to your "multiple reviews recommending over the 7000 series"

Afraid not as I’ve closed all research as I was happy with my purchase ...

Not expecting the world from a £400 tv. I’m pretty realistic. However minimal negative reviews in comparison to other tv’s.

I’m happy with my purchase/find
This or the latest hisense for £360? Which crampton and moore have?
I got a Philips 55POS9002 OLED tv on order from the other day. Is the OLED worth the extra £400? Probably a stupid question but I havent seen the OLED in person so its a blind purchase lol
