The model numbers for Philips range at the moment seem very confusing.. this model only seems to be on amazon, what is the difference between this and the 7334 which is £499 on AO.com/currys etc (currently OOS but back in soon)

The 7334 was T3's best TV under £1000, so I don't think this is a particularly good deal.

From AV Forums

55PUS7304/12 has a Light silver Colour and one sided remote control.
55PUS7334/12 has a Light silver Colour but it contains two sided remote control with a qwerty keyboard on the back.
55PUS7354/12 has a Silver chrome colour and one sided remote control.
55PUS7394/12 has a Silver chrome colour and two sided remote control with a qwerty keyboard on the back.

So essentially I believe the 7334 and 7394 have a Bluetooth enabled remote, the others normal controls.

THanks, I just found this by googling too, so it seems this is not really a deal as the 7334 which has better remote is £10 cheaper at standard price.
The 7334 was down to £449 after cashback at Currys.
Yeah the 7334 will come back in stock at £499 soon I’m hoping.

Cold from me.

Has been, and likely will be cheaper again over the coming weeks with the next ebay code (which seem to come every week or so now).

Also, the models from those shops have a better remote.
By the way, I just found this model but the 58 inch version being sold on eBay for £879.95. Made an offer of £550 stating Costco have it for £635 and the offer was accepted. Used pickme5 code to get it for £522. There’s 3 left if anyone is interested.....

Is there any point getting a FireStick (or equivlant) if you get this tv?

No itv hub or demand 5 either
dobbodeals22/11/2019 15:29

Can you download these apps though?

I have the 7334 if that makes any difference? Not to my knowledge, I have even tried to sideload them and get a message saying this action has been blocked by google. Brilliant tv other than that tho

ITV hub lets you download it but says something like the manufacture doesn’t have the rights to this app. Can’t find the 5 one on mine

Ah ok. Looks like I'll just snap up one of the stick deals going about then. They are apparently updating software soon for freeview play......
