How does this compare to 65” hisense 65B7100UK. I want a 65-70” TV

It's roughly 5" bigger
Can people please stop posting TVs or o will be forced to get one soon. Especially 70" ones...😔

If I was in the market for a tv I’d be all over this for the price because you won’t find it cheaper anywhere else and you’ll struggle to find a 70” tv in the same price bracket with the same and/or better specs.

I look forward to being corrected over the coming days into Black Friday - challenge declared open

I'd take the Philips over the Hisense. I understand the Philips is costlier, but the ambilight and the faster processor to run Android justifies the extra.

The Philips is superior, but that’s also reflected in the price difference between the two.

Why is it superior. I am happy paying this price if it’s worth the extra. Is the ambient light not annoying?

Should I cancel Philips 6814 65 inch from earlier deals for 629 and get this instead? is p5 processor and 5 more inches bigger screen really worth 110 pounds?

Tricky to answer that because at the end of the day another £100 isn’t a small comparison.
But this does have a better processor a bigger screen and Costco’s 5 year (brilliant) warranty which imo is a must with any TV.

The one I ordered 2 year warranty, but yea this one has 5 years, this seems like much better deal, just for that and im scared with currys refunds after reading some info about it, hope it wont be a huge hassle.
Great price op any idea if this is only available on the 25th or longer?

100% youll notice the difference in person!
Guys would there be much difference in watching SD quality online video streams between this and a low end Samsung QLED?
799 in Argos
Tim_Yang22/11/2019 13:28

799 in Argos

The only 70" that Argos have is the PUS6704, older model with less features
Does anyone have much experience buying something like a TV from Costco? Never bought anything from them before, so would need to get a membership too. What are they like with returns?

thanks, i canceled it, and will probably get this or any other 65inch that has p5, thinking about lower end QLED as well like someone in comments.

only way to purchase is becoming member i think, cheapest being £15 for 1 year but can only buy from costco online not instore,
Niche, but has anyone ever got a large costco item delivered to Northern Ireland? its not in the list of excluded and restricted postcodes and i did a dummy order after becoming a member right to payment and it never raised as an issue, but just want to be as ready for Monday as possible.
How to become a Costco member? Free?

my brothers a member through work but would rather have it on my name.
I think this is a good deal and heat, but the cost of this is not that far off, for me, to a 55in OLED. This nightmare never ends.......will buy a tv one day!

55 a lot smaller than 70 tbh

True.

Trade off against picture quality.

Although I'm worried about screen burn with the OLED. Doubt they've sorted out those issues yet.
Anyone got this TV to comment?

I’ve brought a Samsung 65 inch Q85 QLED but been reading some bad things about it in particular regarding the anti glare filter, brought that for £1,500

Apart from I’m guessing the OS and better black with the QLED technology, can anyone advise what the other main differences are? Or offer any comments about this TV

Pay the membership tight ar**

You’ll save loads on fuel, loo rolls, quality meats, booze, and lots more besides including telly’s and all year round bargains.

Honestly, the fuel alone savings pays for itself - more mpg not your supermarket crap.

The ladies will be more impressed at the size of your....TV.

Never underestimate what an extra 5 inches can do.
