Hi first time posting so hope this works.
Looking to buy a AirFryer for a while to cook chips, was 200 just a few months ago but great price from amazon 119.99

You can get a 10pound discount if you apply for a amazon credit card.

Bestbuy also doing the same price but only until 16th November. This may drop even further as Bestbuy is going out of business in the UK so check online on best for excess stocks they are looking to clear.

Cheers

Has anyone tried this? Are chips like chips?
From what I've heard it's just a mini fan oven. If you're making proper chips you still need to add oil. Albeit a tiny amount... Not for me, but not voted as have no idea of the price.
Not voted because maybe someone wants this. I do not see the point of it. It uses oil, you can do the same with you oven if it has air circulation.

This is a lot quicker then using a large conventional oven.
I looked at this after our Actifry committed suicide. It's a smaller basket than you would think and you have to remove periodically it and shake the contents for an even bake. Half-baked idea.
the tefal actifry(the original air fryer) is currently on offer at currys for £99

Got a halogen oven for £30 from Robert Dyas, does pretty much the same job plus plenty more. Not voting either way, nearly bought one myself a while back.
