£5 cheaper than Argos....

You get a £5 voucher at Argos (which is probably why Amazon have undercut by £5), or £10 if you add something to get past £100.

The mrs fetched one from argos for £99.99 the other week & i got to say it was well worth the money, been doing oven chips in it & they cook much better than in the oven & in less time, easy to clean simple to use, get one you won't be disappointed

Did ribeye steak and chips in mine last night in 15 minutes, from switching the machine on to putting it on the plates!

great video showing the kids getting a huge salad ready whilst the chips are cooking.

Argos stock is like rocking horse poo, so I would go for the Amazon one pretty sharpish if you are after one.

The Amazon pricing engine will push the price back up automatically if it sees a sharp increase in sales.

Not done steak yet will give it a go, i can't fault it to be honest well worth the money!!

Is it more reliable than the Tefal Actifry?

Should be. It does less than the Actifry, which rotates food around so it cooks evenly. This is more like a conventional oven so you have to shake the contents periodically to prevent overcooking/raw spots.
Plus I don't rate Tefal for reliability. Too many of their products have died on me.

sounds like you just ruined a good bit of steak to me, still way to expensive for what it is, soemthing ill probably use twice and then store away.

I think £50 is where it should be at and then i would still think twice lol

Tempted, but some very negative reviews on Amazon. Not really suitable for proper chips cooked from raw.

Its £144.95 already

..would this cook a turkey from frozen..?

Good luck getting a turkey in that.

Purchased this and returned it after a week! Home made chips and oven chips took longer than stated and tasted no different when done in the oven. Certainly not worth £100 + or - for what is just oven chips.

If you are after one, then the price is dropping!

This is the best kitchen appliance I have ever brought. You should all buy one NOW

Saturday = Chips. Reserved a black one in Argos for £99. I will add something cheap to get £10 voucher. Also easier to take it back if it does not meet expectations. Not many black ones around but most shops near me have white. Just use **** co uk.
Why can I not type i check stock as one word?

that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard....thats like me saying try and make toast with a kettle....

There is nothing wrong with an oven, but this is better - simple as that

The air fryer is fantastic. its basically a small fan oven, thus is concentrates the heat..like fat would.

I paid 120 for one, and its still worth every penny. great xmas present.

Yes, works very well.

Cook in half the time it says on the packet usually.

Watch out for nasty cheap sausages though - very fatty ones will make the machine smoke.
