This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Expand your viewing horizons, with the Philips 55PUS6754.
3-sided Ambilight for picture immersion
Ambilight technology is unique to Philips. It makes the screen appear much wider—and your viewing experience more immersive—by emitting an extra wide glow from three-sides of your TV screen onto the surrounding wall. Colour, vibrancy and excitement move beyond the screen and into your living room to bring you a viewing experience beyond the ordinary.

Pixel Precise Ultra HD and Micro Dimming for optimised picture
Unique picture processing sets the Philips apart from its rivals. Pixel Precise Ultra HD delivers smoother motion and life-like picture depth. Micro Dimming analyses the picture across thousands of zones and adjusts it accordingly. This maximises the contrast for life-like images and realism.

Get the best from HDR with HDR10+
For the highest quality picture, HDR10+ offers scene-by-scene HDR mastering for the truest, most accurate HDR picture technology to date. With HDR10+ each scene is optimised, meaning the maximum amount of detail is shown – even in the brightest or darkest moments. The 55PUS6754 also supports standard HDR10 and HLG formats. HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma HDR) is a broadcast and user generated standard format that is set to become the standard for transmitting 4K signals.

Dolby Vision for dramatic imaging
As well as supporting HDR10+, the 55PUS6754 is also compatible with Dolby Vision - a leading format in Hollywood and cinemas around the world. Dolby Vision also adjusts the picture to take full advantage of each display's characteristics and presents an optimized picture for each scene in specially mastered content.

Smarter TV from SAPHI
Packing the latest SAPHI smart system, powered by a Quad Core processor, this Philips 55” TV is a slick performer with Smart content, too. Connect up to your home network by Ethernet or Wi-Fi and enjoy access to a wide range of apps including favourites such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube the BBC iPlayer and more. A built-in web browser lets you browse and stream to your heart's content.

Crisp and detailed sound
Compatible with Dolby Atmos sound tracks, the 55PUS6754 has the potential to deliver spacious, enveloping sound. Clear Sound improves dialogue, making it easier to hear individual voices.

Dress up as a clown then it would not look so silly.

Yes that's a better deal with the 5 year warranty.

The 55PUS6754 is £499 at Richer Sounds for a 6 year warranty which I also think is better than OP's deal.
Mine broke these are poo
Not big enough
Have the model before this, same size / specs. It sucks, worst TV we’ve ever had. The ambilight is cool but that doesn’t make up for the constant crashes, freezing, netflix unable to load etc. Good price tho.
I got the older model and love it. The Freesat OS is pants tho. Better off using it with a Humax

I agree with that, I'm having the same problems myself.

Plenty of people complaining about Phillips TVs. Mostly about crashes, freezing etc. I was considering to buy one but after dozens of reviews i just giving up

The picture quality and ambilight are really good, but it also suffers from motion stutter when using a device connected over hdmi. The inbuilt apps seem to be ok. There's a massive thread on avforums about it. If I could get a refund, I would.
